About
Elizabeth Southworth spent a decade at Bear Stearns, leaving in 2005 because she won a “most likely to quit her job and surf” award in Sayulita, Mexico. And there was just no WAY they were going to let her take yet another unpaid leave to “bum” around the world. Raised on Cape Cod, she became interested in financial markets at a young age. She moved to New York City in 1992 where she worked in fashion and publishing before landing on Wall St in 1995. She holds a BA in American History from Wheaton College where she also studied Marxist economics. She is a certified yoga instructor and avid smoker.
